Senior Windows Engineer (English)

For one of our clients, an acknowledged name, when it comes to Managed Services, Cloud, IT Outsourcing, etc., we are looking for a Senior Windows Engineer. Their customers: insurers, banks, governments, energy companies. This organisation runs big and complicated projects and therefore you are experienced in running Microsoft/Windows Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• An ideal combination of design/engineering and management.
• You are part of a customer team. This team includes multiple professionals. Together you are responsible for a number of clients. Within the team, there are other specialties as well, like Linux and Security. Meaning your skills will improve broad wise.
• You manage big and complex IT Systems of your clients. For example: application-/server infrastructures, databases etc. You will be working with the CI/CD principles.
• You communicate with customers and colleagues about the ongoing innovation.

• You are very experienced (5 years) when it comes to IT projects in Enterprise Environments.
• You have a Bachelor working and thinking level.
• You have an extensive knowledge of Windows.
• You know everything about Public Cloud (like Azure).
• Knowledge about VMware and the latest versions of Windows Server is a big advantage
• If you’re able to write simple programs in Python, it will help you as well.

The longer you work for this organisation, the bigger and more challenging the projects will be. You are that person who becomes very enthusiastic when these projects cause impact. Therefore, you are improving continuously. Of course, you will be offered courses and trainings to facilitate this.
